2026 Skoda Elroq and Enyaq Electric SUVs Arrive in the UK with Key Tech and Charging Enhancements
Skoda's Elroq and Enyaq electric SUVs have been refreshed for the 2026 model year and are set to reach UK dealerships and customers by the end of June 2026.
Android-Powered Infotainment and Digital Key
Both models now feature Android-based infotainment systems offering a sleek new design, customizable home screens, and an integrated app store that supports popular third-party apps like YouTube and Spotify.
The Digital Key functionality lets MySkoda app users lock, unlock, and start their vehicles via smartphone. This virtual key can be activated within the app and securely shared with family or friends through the wallet feature.
Enhanced Charging and Vehicle-to-Load Functionality
The Skoda Powerpass charging service is now built into the navigation system, enabling users to authorize charging directly from the media screen. This system links to 20 selected providers, offering access to around 1,000,000 public charging points across 28 European countries.
Skoda's Plug & Charge feature simplifies home wallbox authorization, while the vehicle-to-load capability lets users power devices like power tools, camping gear, and e-bikes via a charging port adapter or a 230-volt socket in the cargo area.
Additional Upgrades
The one-pedal driving experience has been refined with two levels of regenerative braking in B mode, adjustable through steering wheel paddles or the infotainment touchscreen. The front trunk (frunk) now offers 21 liters (0.75 cubic feet) of storage space and features gas struts for easier access.
Wireless phone charging supports fast Qi2 technology up to 45 watts, matching the front and rear USB-C ports. New corner radar sensors enhance Crossroad Assist capabilities, and an updated interior camera improves driver fatigue and attention monitoring.
Travel Assist 3.0 receives hardware and software updates across all sensors for consistent, reliable data collection. A new lighting mode activates daytime running lights alongside taillights in low-light daytime conditions for improved visibility.
Pricing and Availability
These 2026 Skoda Elroq and Enyaq electric SUVs will be available at UK dealerships from late June 2026, with starting prices of £33,970 and £39,520, respectively, as of April 2026.
