Skoda partners with SAMACO to enter Saudi Arabia, offering models like Octavia, Superb, and Kodiaq with innovative digital showrooms.

Skoda Expands Its Reach into the Middle East with Saudi Arabia Launch

Skoda, the Czech automaker, has partnered with SAMACO Motors to open retail locations and offer its lineup—including the Octavia, Superb, Slavia, Karoq, Kushaq, and Kodiaq—across Saudi Arabia.

    Targeting a Growing Automotive Market

Martin Jahn, the brand's board member for sales and marketing, highlighted Saudi Arabia as "the largest market" in the region, expecting annual car sales to hit one million vehicles by 2030. Building on recent expansions into Oman, the UAE, and the restart of operations in Qatar, Skoda aims to establish a strong Middle Eastern presence.

By year's end, two retail sites will be operational in Saudi Arabia—one in Jeddah and another in Al Khobar—covering over 1,200 square meters. A flagship showroom is planned for Riyadh, the capital and largest city, slated to open in 2026.

Saudi customers will have access to a diverse range of models, including the Kushaq, Karoq, and Kodiaq SUVs, as well as the hatchback variant of the latest Octavia. The upcoming hatchback and station wagon versions of the new Superb, along with the Slavia compact sedan, are also set to debut soon.

Demonstrating its commitment to innovation, Skoda will offer a fully digital customer experience in Saudi showrooms, featuring video walls, interactive touch tables, and detailed car information displays.
