Skoda Launches Six-Model Lineup in Saudi Arabia
Skoda, the renowned Czech automaker, is expanding its footprint in the Middle East by officially entering the Saudi Arabian market. Partnering with SAMACO Motors, the brand aims to appeal to both young drivers and family-oriented customers.
Introducing Six Models to Saudi Arabia
The six models set to debut in Saudi Arabia include the Kushaq, Slavia, Octavia, Karoq, Superb, and Kodiaq. The lineup starts with the compact Slavia sedan and extends up to the spacious Kodiaq SUV.
Except for the Superb, all models can be configured through Skoda Saudi Arabia's website. The seven-seat Kodiaq is Skoda's most premium vehicle in the market, starting at 166,000 riyals (approximately $44,250 or €38,135).
Among all models, the Octavia led sales with 142,200 deliveries in the first nine months of 2025. The Kodiaq and Kamiq also showed strong demand, recording 96,200 and 95,400 deliveries respectively.
Skoda plans to capitalize on Saudi Arabia’s growing market, where vehicle ownership is about 156 cars per 1,000 people in a population of nearly 35 million. By the end of 2025, two fully digital showrooms will open, followed by a flagship store in Riyadh.
Operations in Saudi Arabia will be managed by Skoda Middle East, a Volkswagen Group Middle East subsidiary. Skoda’s partnership with SAMACO Motors builds on an established history representing Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche brands in the region.
Currently, the top-selling vehicles in Saudi Arabia include the Toyota Yaris, Hyundai Accent, Toyota Camry, Hyundai Elantra, and Toyota Hilux. Globally, Skoda offers 12 passenger vehicle series, with six now introduced to the Saudi market.
