    Skoda Australia Launches the New Elroq 60 Select Entry-Level Model

    The affordable Elroq 60 Select for Australia delivers an impressive driving range of up to 395 kilometers (245 miles) according to the WLTP combined test cycle.

    Features and Specifications

    This new entry-level variant is well-appointed, featuring a 13-inch touchscreen infotainment system, keyless entry and ignition, wireless phone charging, Emergency Assist, heated front seats, and ambient interior LED lighting.

    It also comes equipped with 19-inch alloy wheels, black decorative trims, and an interior chrome package. Safety and convenience features include forward collision warning with pedestrian and cyclist detection, LED taillights, black exterior trim accents, lane change assist, DAB radio, eight speakers, and trailer hitch preparation.

    The specification further offers CFC-free Climatronic climate control, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and comfort-style front seats. Powered by a 60 kWh high-voltage battery and a 150 kW electric motor, the Elroq 60 Select achieves up to 395 kilometers in combined driving or 504 kilometers in urban conditions.

    Performance

    The Elroq 60 Select accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in a brisk 8.0 seconds. Its 150 kW output translates to 201 horsepower, paired with 310 Newton-meters (229 lb-ft) of peak torque.

    Charging and Additional Features

    The 59 kWh usable battery (63 kWh gross capacity) supports charging at 11 kW AC or rapid DC charging up to 165 kW. Staying true to Skoda's Simply Clever philosophy, the Elroq 60 Select includes practical touches such as a door-mounted umbrella, smartphone pockets behind the front seats, a removable jumbo box for rear passengers, and an adjustable parcel shelf.

    Standard connectivity includes wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with four USB-C ports delivering up to 45 watts of charging power. Optional upgrades include 20-inch wheels for an additional $1,000 and the Signature Pack priced at $6,000, which adds Matrix LED headlights, Dynamic Light Assist, dynamic rear indicators, a head-up display with augmented reality, and a premium 12-speaker CANTON audio system.

    The Signature Pack also offers a 360-degree camera system, power-adjustable lumbar support seats with memory massage function for the driver, a hands-free powered tailgate, and roll-up sunshades on the rear side windows.

    The Elroq 60 Select is available with a drive-away price of $49,990 and will reach Australian dealerships in November 2025.
